Chicken Taco Bowl

Add to the crockpot:
1.5 lbs. Chicken Breast
1 jar (16 oz) Salsa
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 TBS Chili Powder
1/2 TBS Cumin
1/2 TBS Garlic
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup water

Cook on Low for 8 hours.

Shred the chicken

Serve over rice and top with cheddar cheese and cilantro (optional)

The kids ate this over rice, I had it on top of wheat tortilla chips because I forgot to make brown rice. It was great both ways! We also put sour cream on top.
