Ingredients:
1 can green beans, drained (original recipe called for 1/2 green bell pepper instead)
1 onion, chopped
3-4 handfuls baby carrots, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 - 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
1 6oz can tomato paste
1/4 cup beef broth (I added this)
2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
Cooking Day:
Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low in a crockpot. Add 1/2 cup sour cream about 10 minutes before serving. Serve over egg noodles.

Bleh...needs more flavor. And, as usual, the meat cooked way too long! I've got to get the timing figured out...
I added a little salt and pepper and really liked it. The flavor was really good.
