4 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/4 c. chicken boullion

Angel hair pasta
Beat cream cheese, soup, dressing and juice until blended, pour over chicken in Ziploc to freeze.
Cook in crockpot high 3-4 hrs. or low 5-6 hrs. Can add broccoli last 1/2 hr. to hr. of cooking on top so it doesn't get soggy.

SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF
Slow Cooker Meatloaf
(Weight Watchers Slow Good Cookbook)
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 egg white
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Combine everything and shape into a 5x9 inch loaf and freeze.
Cooking Day:
Thaw overnight. Cover a wire rack small enough to fit in slow cooker with foil and spray with nonstick spray (Mikki found that you can also use foil balls - just to keep it off the bottom of the crockpot). Cover with 1/2 cup ketchup and cook 3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low - until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
ITALIAN WHITE BEAN AND SAUSAGE STEW
Italian White Bean and Sausage Stew
(Weight Watchers Slow Good Cookbook)
Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
2 (15oz) cans any type of white, pinto, red, or kidney beans, rinsed & drained
3 garlic cloves
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 lb Italian turkey sausage, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
1 (14.5oz) can Italian diced tomatoes
2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Make when you cook the dinner:
1/2 cup chicken broth
Thaw everything overnight and layer in the following order in crockpot: onions, beans, garlic, bell peppers, sausage, and tomatoes. Make broth and pour over everything. Cook until sausage and veggies are tender, 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low. Stir in the basil and serve with parmesan cheese.
We tried it again using hot italian sausage and diced tomatoes with green chiles and it was SPICY!! I recommend doing one or the other...maybe not both. :)
